From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'StoneHorizon' originated from a desire to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our small, family-operated pizza shop in 1985, preserving recipes that have been in the family for generations.
'Marco Rossi', our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, honing her skills with expert pizza chefs in Naples—the home of pizza. On her return to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, employing ancestral techniques and premium ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat eatery has since evolved into a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains intact. We adhere to traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and prioritize obtaining the finest ingredients available.
To this day, 'StoneHorizon' is still steered by the Rossi family, with the second generation now at the helm of our devoted crew. Even as we introduce new practices, the core of our work stays unchanged: forging delectable, genuine pizzas that gather people together.
